If you're new to me... hey there! My name is Darla Meulemans (mel-mens), and I help people create a roadmap to living life with more ease and enjoyment. My background in mental health, addiction behavior medicine and neuroscience have allowed me to help people bridge the gap between their intentions and what actually shows up in their lives. Darla is a master’s trained health professional whose career has been dedicated to supporting clients in cultivating & sustaining long-term mental/emotional wellbeing by building their “mental muscle”. She holds a degree in Counseling Psychology and Certifications in Mental Health, Addiction, Nutrition, and Neurofeedback. Darla worked in community mental health and addiction treatment before founding Mind Potential Northwest, located in Portland, Oregon. She offers Personal Development, Professional Mentoring, Neurofeedback Brain Training, and programs for individuals and organizations seeking to promote human resilience. Additionally, Darla is a Certified Othmer Method Neurofeedback Mentor and an Instructor with the EEG Institute where she trains health professionals in the clinical applications of Neurofeedback. In 2020, Darla launched Awakening Wisdom Online Programs to offer practical, at-home strategies grounded in neuroscience, natural remedies, and spiritual practices to support clients who couldn’t access services during the pandemic. Jennifer Trepanier, MS

 You’ll also get to be inspired by Jennifer Trepanier, our team’s Passion Pro and Personal Inspiration Guide, who lives by two mantras: "Within darkness, there is Light", and "Joy heals". Jen has taken her own personal experience navigating chronic illness and facing death and channeled it into helping people reacquaint themselves with their passion and life force. Her mind, body, spirit approach helps her clients move beyond limiting subconscious beliefs that unintentionally create blocks. She is especially attuned to using guided imagery to heal on a somatic (body) level. Jen has a Master’s degree in Psychophysiology & runs a private coaching practice called Wells of Wisdom, as well as a non-profit called Pile of Puppies, which brings “joy healings” to chronically and terminally ill children by surrounding them with a pile of pups. Jen is a contributing author to Spirit of a Woman, a collection of real-life stories that celebrate women living spiritual lives in challenging circumstances.
